This is John McGuire at the McGuire Law Firm, and I'm going to talk a little bit about Form W3. So, previously, I discussed what a W-2 is, and a W2 is what reports individual employees' total income taxes withheld, etc. A W3 is a form that is a compilation of all the W2s. So, basically, all W2s should add up to the W3. The W3 should also coincide with the 941 returns and so forth. Are there any questions regarding this form or employment taxes in general?
